Shipping options
Currently only offering shipping to Bulgaria. We ship to every city in Bulgaria with Bulgarian shipping companies - Speedy and Econt. When placing your order you can choose between one of the two companies and choose if you want the order to be delivered to an exact address you want or to an office of the delivery company. Check out the offices of the delivery companies on their websites.

Shipping costs
Because we are using delivery companies to send out our orders, that means that the delivery cost/fare is not determined by us and it is determined by the delivery company based on weight and location of delivery. On average shipping cost ranges between 5 - 15 BGN. You will be notified by the delivery company about the price of the shipping and the total price when it is about to be delivered. You can request free shipping to us, if your order takes more than 1 week to be delivered.

Order processing time
After placing your order online, you can expect your order to arrive in the span of 1 to 7 days. If your order is shipped to a specific address you will be notified about a specific hour that it will be delivered by the shipping company. If you aren’t able to receive the order at the specific address your order is redirected to the closest office of the delivery company, you will be notified about the location of the office from where you can pick up your order by the delivery company with a text or a call on the phone number you provided when placing the order.

Tracking information
We don’t provide constant tracking, but after your order has been sent out through the delivering company, you will receive a text message or call, on the number you have provided, about the day of the delivery.

Unsuccessful Deliveries and Returns
If your order has been shipped out to a personal address you don’t have the ability to test and review it before taking it. If your order is shipped to an office of the delivery company, you can test and review the product at the office. If your item is damaged, different than the one you ordered, you want to replace the size or there is a problem made by us, you can return it to us and we will exchange it with a new one. We don’t offer returns for refund, but we can offer you a store credit which you can use to buy a different product from our brand. If your order is shipped out to an office of the delivery company and after reviewing and testing the item/items you want to return them, if you placed the order to pay cash you don’t have to pay the item/items, only the delivery fee and the delivery fee of the return. If you have placed an order and paid by card online and want to return the products, you have to pay the the delivery fee and the delivery fee of the return, and the money with which you have paid the item/items will be restored to you as store credit with which you can purchase other item/items from our brand.

Damaged or Lost items
If an item/items is lost in the shipping process your money will be refunded. If your item/items arrived damaged you will be able to return it and exchange for a different item/items.
